Is it OK for us to communicate with them?

Not only it is OK, but they are often excited about making the connection.  Even sometimes they are who make the contact possible, through synchronicities (directing you to a specific medium, or to this website for instance).  Also, as we begin to heal and move forward with our lives, it helps them to move on as well, knowing that we are going to be all right, or resolving any issue that they might have left unresolved when they lived. The hesitation that you might feel is understandable -- based on some religious beliefs that say that communicating with the dead is a sin -- or you might think that you do not want to disturb the dead. I have experienced and witnessed the wonderful love, peace and healing that happen to both parts (spirit and sitter) during a session, and I cannot describe to you how beautiful and powerful it is.  I feel honoured in being able to be there when spirit deceased loved one and living bereaved one get together one more time.
